Sparkles & Co has been running for 2 years now doing balloons, chair covers & Table dressing for events but as only recently got into organising wedding fairs we have sucessful done 4 wedding fairs now, with great success we feel this magazine and online guide would be what brides to be would need to help them plan the best day of there life.
